Jablite Claymaster 50mm is an EPS (expanded polystyrene) compressible-fill material recommended in decreasing the pressure applied to foundations caused by clay heave.
It can prevent potential problems in foundations due to moisture and damp found in soil which can cause large proportions of mineral particles under 0.002mm to shrink or expand - this is what we call clay heave.
